IN DECEMBER 2013 I PURCHASED A SUNBEAM KETTLE FROM THE NEW REDRUTH PICKNPAY-I AM FAMILIAR WITH SUNBEAM AS A QUALITY PRODUCT.BUT THIS WEEK IT WASNT SWITCHING ON.
IN ERROR THE RECEIPT AND BOX WERE THROWN AWAY.

BEING A REGULAR PICK N PAY CUSTOMER AT THIS STORE I THOUGHT I WOULDNT HAVE A PROBLEM EXCHANGING THE UINT-AT THE STORE IT WAS LIKE I WAS RETURNING A R3000 TV, I EXPLAINED THAT THEY COULD SEE THE KETTLE WAS NEW AND IT WAS INFACT THE MODEL THEY STOCK HERE-TO NO AVAIL NO RECEIPT NO HELP-I EXPLAINED IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND PHONED THE SO CALLED HELP LINE SAME ATITUDE-I EXPLAINED THAT CASES SHOULD BE HEARD ON THEIR MERITS-JUST DISAPPOINTED WITH PICK N PAY.THE SUPPLEIR VIA SERIAL NO COULD HAVE PICKED UP THE KETTLE PURCHASE DATE-ITS NOT THE KETTLE ITS JUST THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AND EFFORT BY PICK N PAY NEW REDRUTH.CUSTOMERS BE CAREFULL WERE YOU SHOP AS THE FRIENDLY TV CAMPAIGNS OF PICKNPAY STAFF ARE FAR FROM IN STORE EXPERIENCE.BUT STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS-ON PRINCIPLE I LEFT THE KETTLE IN THE STORE.
