Hi I bought a Kettle brand Counter Point PnP brand and the kettles wires are coming through the bottom and burning holes into my base. You smell it has the water is boiling. It a matter of time and the kettle will explode and hurt someone. The refuse to exchange the kettle as I do not have a reciept but I can prove when I bought it as I used my points card to purchase the item. Pick n Pay values there good as quality and best to offer the market but if you have one complaint they say sorry we cant help you.
