MONEY RECEIVED SO WHAT???

Last year. In march I had 2 leave my job because of my contract ending. Now, I made a payment in at the end of march. In may I did not make a payment which is obvious because I had not been working resulting in the account going into 1 month arrears. Now, at the end of may is when I started paying R700 2 help bring it down. I ended up paying my settlement amount of R3000 plus. Now firstly I payed more than what I bought 4 and secondly you people where so fast to list me on itc but now its so hard 2 take my name of there! Is this pathetic or what??? Quiet frankly and quiet honestly I'm getting sick and tired of having to walk into a store and try and apply 4 credit but it gets declined because of your foolish and selfish behaviour! I'm disappointed and very very upset with your pathetic game that u have played and I want this sorted out ASAP. I refuse to keep quiet about this coz I kept thinking I was to be blamed but its not as if u never at all received your money. I want this to stop and I want it to stop asap. I don't care how u do it, it just better be done. To start of with your branches doesn't even give settlement letters? What the?
