2 weeks ago my nephew was bought a pair of Adiddas (Neo) tekkies from Edgars Southgate however it was later noticed that the tekkies were different sizes (7 8). We went there on Sunday the 15th to tell them about it and get the proper sizes however when we got there PaulB told us that the shoes were out of stock as they were on special and didn't want to assist in checking what other stores had the shoes. As I told PaulB I didn't want to return the shoes but wanted proper size as that was the child's Christmas present from his dad and other shoes were too expensive. I then called the head office on the 17th and was on the phone for more than an hour (at my expense) trying to resolve the issue yet to date no one has had the decency to call me with an answer. funny thing is Egdars does agree that they failed to follow protocol which would have prevented this mess yet they are not willing to take the fall for it. I tried calling the head office again now for the customer service manager but the lady hung up on me when asked what her designation was. So how are we to get service in a company that cant answer the simplest thing as a designation. if that scares her what more real queries
