Ad service and poor quality of products

Im am very upset with the service i have recieved from furniture city i bought a bed from them in december 2012 and the bed broke 3 days ago i have reported the bed is broken and still did not recieve a call to confirm when the bed will be fixed of replaced i am currently sleeping on the floor and this kind of service is really bad i expect an apology and for the bed to be replaced asap
