Beares selling bad quality furniture, leather bad

I bought a leather set in October 2012 from Beares. I wanted to buy a leather set but the set was too expensive. They persuaded me to buy another set. They said it is a new product in the market but the quality was excellent. Now the fake leather is coming of and tearing. I phone them a lot of times and also went in to see them. Everytime they say they will get back to me but they never do. Everyone, please don't ever buy furniture from Beares. Their furniture does not last and thety also don't help you when it brakes. They say they are seliing leather lounch suits but it is not the case. They to their customers to just get rid of their bad quality products.
