My father passed away September 2012, he bought furniture from ellerines, when my mother went to claim for the funeral club money the consultant told her to submit all the relevent documents and they'll start processing the claims. they advised her that she'll be gettin an amount of R4500. the claim took long until i sent an email to hellopeter to report ellerines/african bank. they paid out the claim and amount of R1125, i'm not sure what happend to the rest of the money, when i questioned african bank they told me to take it up with ellerines coz they paid out the amount according to my dads age. my question is why would a ellerines consultant about the amount and deceive client like that. i mean in the contract my father signed there's nowhere were is states that your get your club money according to your age. ellerines vosloorus to their clients. bad service
