My iPhone5 In The Store

On the 1st March 2013, I was shopping at Clicks Menlyn for at least 30 - 45 minutes I've been in the store, I then realised my bag is open my phone also disappeared, I rushed to 1 of the shop assistants explaining my situation she was just looking at me, doing nothing, I then asked her to go report this to their camera room to look where I've been in the store if they see any dodgy character I can then take it further to Menlyn Control Room to check the person. The lady asked me to wait I watched her hesitating as if she wants to send someone then continue with what she was doing ultimalety reffered me to someone who can help, when the person came back she said she can't see me in the store only when I go to the shop security & shop assistant to report the missing phone. My complain is the shop assistant did nothing & walked slow to assist while I'm afraid the person will leave the mall. Also how can I be in the store that long but they can't see me on their cameras they dont even show me to prove, their behaviour didn't show they really wanted to help I suspect they saw & know what happened to my R10 000 phone then covered it, what is the point of store cameras?
