No Security Cameras

I was at clicks Pharmacy in festivall mall to buy medication which they did not have as I leave the counter I forgot my phone and there was no one else by the pharmacy side qeueing to be assisted as I left the shop I went straight to the parking paypoint that's when I realised that I do not have my phone, so I rushed back, as I come in I the lady who was helping me is leaving the shop and I calmly told her that I forgot my phone by the counter and she was so offensive in her response and told me that I probably forgot it somewhere as I am pretty sure I left it by the counter because I made a call before she helped me and when I ask for footage at the shop to help me find my phone they do not have security cameras and their employees are not that is the response I got from customer care and the lady was not clear in giving out her name for future reference. I am so dissappointed because I did not accuse anyone of and yet this kind of behaviour from a company like this is intolerable.
