Incredible Connection
Service with a smile, every single time!

I financed a laptop in August last year through incredible connection in cavendish square, claremont. The guy who helped process my application was Mpho Ngobeni.
I have dealt with MANY people in his job position, as I am in the service industry myself, and I can quite confidently say, that he is the most efficient, friendly staff member I have ever dealt with.

He has since moved to another branch (not sure which one) and even when i have had issues with the company I am financing my laptop through, he is STILL the first one to phone me and resolve the issue for me, even though i'm not "his client' anymore. I honestly hope he is recognised for his hard work and dedication to his job and is rewarded for this, he's an absolute pleasure to deal with.
