Your Pavilion branch has had my laptop for almost 3 weeks now.
I would have expected someone in a higher position to step in and assist with my problem as i have complained on you incredible connection website 3 times already, about the same problem.
I want a NEW ALIENWARE 17" GAMING LAPTOP. I am tired of waiting.
