I have been talked into taking up aloan with African bank whereas i wanted to by an LG home theatre which cost R1600.00 in installments. the guys ganged up on me and convinced me to take up a R98 000.00 loan after seeing my pay slip, and i refused, they kept on decreasing the amount till i accepted R3000.00. it was July 2012. i then paid installments of R215.00 from August 2013 till January 2013 which amounted to /-R1500.00. but the balance was never going down. i then went in at January to query it and the guys gave me a very bad attitude and gave me different information from what they had given me innitially, they gave me wrong info so i can sign the contract. so when i queried the guy who was working with African bank's accounts was unable to read the statement, he didnt know what he was doing then he called his two ladies again, i just dont remember their names. one lady then asked me "wat grond staan jy"? even today i dont know what that word meant. i was so crossed that i asked them the balance and they gave me r2900.00 which i then paid off, so Ellerines should just know that they will never have me, my friend or my family as their customers. i need something to be done
