Good Day,

I logged a complaint with Hellopeter on 22/07/2013 addressed to Ackermans hoping to sort out a Statement
issue I have been trying to sort out through Nedbank as well as Ackermans FOREVER.

Ackermans responded that my Account is being handled by Nedbank and forwarded (via email) my complaint as posted on Hellopeter directly through to the correct department at Nedbank on 23/72013.

The last reference number I have for dealing with Nedbank is 62611651 (this is after phoning endlessly trying to get my address details corrected on your system in order for my statements (for the past two years)
to be posted to me!! You cannot expect someone to keep paying an account if they do not know what they are paying for... I have not made a purchase on my account for over two years!!
