NIKE TEKKIES QUALITY COMPLAINT

I bought my daughter Nike tekkies for R900 on the 10th Februarie 2013 at TOTAL SPORTS KEY WEST KRUGERSDORP. She used the tekkies to go JOGGING and playing sports. Mostly jogging on TAR roads. The soles are coming LOOSE, I can just as well throw it in the dustbin, and I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE. NIKE is supposed to be a quality brand. We went back to TOTAL SPORTS on the 9th of March 2013 and told Mpho and Basetsane we are not happy - she REFUSED to exhange it and had all kind of excuses. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM A SUPPLIER
