Poor Quality and waste of money

I am appalled at the quality that comes out of Edgars. On several occasions i bought shoes for my kids and within a week or 2 the buckle either came loose or the soles came undone. I bought a top and shorts at the Penny C department. The top was valued at R269.99. I wore it to work yesterday for the first time and my colleagues pointed out the side of the top seemed to have unraveled a bit. If you look closely, you could see the garment was not overlocked properly. I am so appalled by the quality. I always buy Penny C clothing, and Penny C garments are not cheap!!!

Looks like i will have to go shopping at Donna Claire from now on.
