Coffe Table Ordered 12 weeks Ago

We bought a lounge suite and coffee table beginning April 2013 with the commitment that the coffee table would be manufactured and delivered within 6 - 8 weeks, currently 12 weeks later I still have not received the coffee table and am told that they will not refund me either. They are full of excuses about their supplier not delivering and people leaving the company, the date has changed 3 times now and I am not able to get hold of the CEO, no one is willing to give his number and he is always out of the office, the operations manager does not answer his calls or returns any messages.
