Just a quick note of appreciation to Michael (Regional Mgr for Clicks). I laid a complaint on the Clicks website RE difficulties at the tills with one of Click's promotions. He was kind enough to contact me timeously, discuss the nature of my complaint and proposed solutions. I found him amenable and extremely pleasant to chat to. Excellent handling of this situation.
