I know they got the mail as I got their computer reply saying someone would deal with it HA HA.

Hi I bought an engagement ring from your Greenstone store. The size of the ring needs to be adjusted down one size and we went back to be told that the ring has to go back to head office for this to be done. This process will take three or four weeks. This is completely unacceptable.
