Woolworths
All Items Past Sell-By Date!

I work in Parow and decided to pick up about R300 worth of food, mainly in the kiddies section (smoked sausages/lamb pasta sauce etc)... only to find that every item without exception was on, or past the recommended sell-by date. As I was home 30 kms away on a Friday, there was no point in trying to change the goods.

We pay a premium for Woolworths food, on the basis that the food is fit for consumption, very fresh and not a potential health risk to my 2 young children.

This is not good and shows poor management, a lack of stock monitoring, and general incompetence on behalf of the management
