Eezi coupons not so easy

I downloaded the Eezi coupons app onto my Blackberry. Once I was done shopping I put in the code (I specifically bought items that were on the list) and nothing... declined. I asked the cashier why it was declined, she shrugs her shoulders. I told her that her response was not good enough and she just looks away and sighs. The packer then tells me that I haven't bought what the coupons were for, so I check it and they are. I was then told that only one coupon is selected. So naturally I ask how I can select all of them... queue in the shrugging of shoulders.
Why do you have an app that doesn't work, first of all, and why have the cashiers not been trained to deal with these queries?
After that shopping experience I felt ripped off. My partner then turns to me and says that we should have gone to Pick 'n Pay instead where you are guaranteed discounts. Checkers, maybe you should be shadowing their cashiers to see how it is done.
I would appreciate a response that is not cut and paste.
