Bought wardrobe Oct.2012, they wanted to charge us for disassembling the unit in the store in order to deliver it to us. They give hand written invoices with no comp. stamp or t's&c's on it. Unit missing a part, reported it, they called the "factory" who said they didn't send it but will do so. Waited long and never heard from them, reported them to consumer affairs, they still don't want to refund. They ordered a part, was the wrong colour, told us to take it and go spray it over with the colour we want. Say they will give a refund but will deduct storage, dis-assembly and delivery fees from the original purchase amount from us. They are ducking and diving the supervisor attending to the complaint, make us liars, contradict themselves and revert to all sorts of pettiness and it's March 2013 and still no part or refund. They have insulted us and told us we make work for them and we are irritating. None of their actions, accusations and arguments are supported by any form of documentation or notice. We have all the proof to prove that we are within our right and within reason to receive a full refund and compensation for this waiting, the emotional stress and expenses incurred to resolve this.
