Transaction was ran twice and no person to help me

I bought a gift on the 01/03/2013 and paid with a card, transaction went through as i got an sms but the machine didn't produce any slip, so they assumed that it didn't go through and didn't want to entertain what i was telling them and they wanted to run it again.it went through again. Then they told within 24hrs it will be back in my account or i must come back the following day. i drove back just for that the following day, to my surprise the manager/ supervisor didn't even have time to see me and just told the cashier to tell me to leave my statement and telephone number and she will call me. Of course nothing happened of that sort. Now i'm faced with driving for the 3rd time to the shop with my own petrol expenses to sort out a problem which was not created by me and surely Boitumelo doesn't even have the decency to apologise for the trouble... she just doesn't even have time to assist me. At this stage i for sure will not advice any of my friends to visit the store because of this behaviour.for goodness sake the cashiers behave much professional that her. I'm very disgusted and disappointed with such behaviour from senior management of the shop.
