Pathetic after sales service and quality control

We recently purchased a coffee table from @Home livingspace in Sandton. We received the table with two different scratches and very bad workmanship. They told us in the store that if there is a problem with the table we will receive a new one within 24 hours. Somebody contacted me and informed me that a new table will be delivered within 48 hours... 48 hours has come and gone and when I called them today nobody could help me, they said they follow up today, but never received any feedback. This is pathetic service, please resolve this matter. Order number: 219005.
