Pick n Pay Online going above and beyond

We have family in the Cape who are largely on welfare and rely on us for groceries. Every month, Pick n Pay Online deliver groceries as scheduled, but this month, just before Christmas, as luck would have it, a large part of the order was not delivered and due to a lack of communication, would not have been delivered before the 26th.
A lady named Beverly from Client Services called me and said they had no delivery spots left open, but said she would see what she could do. She managed to get the groceries delivered today, and for that I believe she in particular, and Pick n Pay, in general, deserve recognition for a job well done.
