Pick 'n Pay
21 month hit and disabled man humiliated

Shops, Products, Services

The key for the electric wheelchair couldn't be found. Sinah then pushed my husband bumping him into shelves and customers. She wasn't paying attention and was irritated that she had to help a disabled customer.By the time my husband caught up with me I was ready to pay and leave. Sinah bumped the back of heels while pushing the wheelchair. The employee who was packing my groceries didn't have another trolley. In the corner of my eye I saw Sinah had found the key to the electric wheelchair. Sinah then sat on the electric wheelchair, turned the key, drove forward and turned around and appeared to have lost control hitting the trolleys where my son was standing. The trolleys hit into his legs and he fell to the ground. Sinah quickly tried to turn away. I screamed that she had hurt my child. She said sorry, this aggravated me as she was rude when it came to assisting my husband, but now hurting my son through negligence. I managed to get to my son. I then looked to see what bruises etc were on my son, only to see he had a bruise on the side of his leg where the trolley hit him. I called the store and spoke to Joseph. He said that he would meet us outside, but he never arrived.
