Manager does not listen properly to custome

Bought 2 Canon Ink cartridges. Asked if it was 440 & 441 as cards only showed 40 & 41. Was told yes. Cartridges do not fit printer. Spoke to Ricardo who told me I asked if cartridges were full. New cartridges must be full, why ask that. His attitude is to take it up with head office instead of taking charge of the error and sorting the problem out himself, since he is the person responsible who assisted me.
Want cartridges exchanged ASAP!
