Lack of service

Eported on the 7th regarding bad service at the boksburg branch, was told the i would receive an sms with a ref.no no sms receive.
Called to report another branch Carnival mall only to be told by Sandy that she did not know about the first complaint.
Contacted head office only to be told by rabia that she would not log my complaint. Rabia manager call me back and gave me a ref, no B3644602 and that he would look into the reason why Rabia would not log my call.
Great response to a customers complaint. this explains why Game offer this Kind of service. keep it up mass mart (game)
