I bought a HP External Harddrive in May 2013, 05/02/2013 i handed in the external hard drive, one night when i wanted to plug it into my computer i noticed that the input conector was missing- the external Hardrive is mounted into my computer stand at all times and could not possibly get damaged by falling. on thursday 28/02/2013 we contacted them telephonically because we have not received any feedback from them. The form that we received confirms replacement if we do not receive feedback after 21 days- 23 days have passed with NO FEEDBACK/ PHONE CALLS we contacted them only to hear that the GARANTEE has been VOID- Nobody could give us an explanation on this, we went into the store thursday afternoon and the manager promised to contact us on Friday- STILL NOBODY CALLED!!! the service level is pathetic and i have been without my EXTERNAL hardrvie for a month- being a proffessional photographer i need this to be able to perform my dayly tasks and back-ups!
PLEASE COULD SOMEONE SHED SOME LIGHT IN THIS REGARD?
