Service no existent!!!

I have in more than one occasion visited the store since its close to where I live. One would think that since its the closest branch it's the most convenient? Not even close. It's better to drive to a other branch. Today I went back to give in my newly purchased Samsung blueray player for repairs. I was greeted at the entrance by a bloke that had an very poor attitude. I found out later that he is the manager. After being very distastefully pointed to the customer service department by the manager, I waited for a long time for anyone to pitch at the counter. Finally I was helped by person from the tills. She had to look for a while to find the customer service rep. Finally she took it upon herself to help. After taking my details, taking the machine and following the whole process. I was told they cannot take my machine because the system is offline. One can imagine my frustration of poor service. The cherry ontop was that the manger was witnessing this circus but was to busy in a joyful conversation with his employees.
