Single row system flawed

Hi

Your single row system is flawed and makes a mess of things when going to the shop. When you want to stand in the que to pay, it feels like its never ending walking to the back of the row as more and more customers keeps on queuing. And then there's the confusion by the people for shopping or jumping in the middle of the que.
Worse case is people must beg managers to short sort the mess out while people reaches boiling point.

My suggestion is to bring back the multi que system, at least then ons have to watch 8 tills max for an opening and it doesn't take 1 min to reach the till and people wanting to pay doesn't stand up to the meat section and disturbing shoppers.
