All i wanted was to change the agreed arrangement of collecting my stock from warehouse to getting it delievered. I fist called to confirm process, timeline to manage expectation. I went to store to pay R350 for delivery, and was informed I would receive this Thursday latest. Friday 5pm still had no delivery, and no call to explain. I went to the store, hear 100 versions of what happened, then decided not to take sale to Woodmead as I live close to Stoneridge branch. Sat they deliver, and ask me to pay additional R350 to driver and they will refund me. No further detail on terms and cpndition of refund til during the week when I am asked to come collect the money. Now all of a sudden I must bring this and that or they cant refund me. I say I can only come on Sat, then its another story...!

I wish I had made the decision to get the furniture from Woodmead as right now, I would not recommed anyone to go to that branch. the service from floor staff right to the managers. (I dealt with MAria, Hendrick, Zakhele manager, Lucinda office something - all of them are just the same). No one says the same thing - each person has a different version of how things work there!
