Silly Tricks!

As usual, I ordered books from [URL Removed] but my initial excitement was cut short after I opened the package. One book was a miniature version while the other was an abridged version. When I called Kalahari to alert them of the "mistake", the consultant told me that I should have checked the book size under "product details" on their website. Book size, really? Silly me... 13 orders later, and I still can't get the size thing right?! I hate to point it out, but not everyone is as obsessed about size as the folks at Kalahari are! He then "informed" me that I am liable for the R55 collection fee and that my refund will be in the form of a Kalahari voucher. He was, of course, assuming that I'm going to place more orders in future. Silly him!!!
