No Delivery and Empty Promises

It's been 7 weeks since the 12/01/2013 and I am yet to receive the couches I have ordered.

They never call to update me with the current status of the Order.
Every time I call them, they make empty promises and commit to dates that they never uphold.

I AM VERY IRRITATED AT THEIR SERVICE. WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION, I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO THROW THEIR MONEY AT THEM AS IT WOULD BE AN APPLICATION FOR UNNECESSARY STRESS!!!
