Woolworths
Possible allergen in pet food

In short: My Siamese cat became severely ill after eating the Woolworths brand Kitty treats. In a completely separate case, another Siamese developed similar symptoms. Both cats are on strict diets and only eat food developed especially for Siamese cats. I reported this to Woolworths but as yet have had no positive response or indication that action will be taken to test the product. Furthermore, my request for a list of preservatives used in this product is being ignored.

I have no quarrel with Woolworths as a company or store, but I do have a problem with Woolworths selling a potentially lethal product.

I expected to have had direct contact with a single person by now, not the multitude of representatives I have dealt with.
