So many problems... where to start

I'm just going to list all the problems in one report

1) Latest invoice for February did not come
2) Edgars Magazines since November never came
3) Chico pants (Signature brand) in shocking state - needs to be replaced at YOUR EXPENSE for stocking poor quality items
4) Invoice "as at 3 Jan 2013 you have 144528 Thank U points worth R 144.00 Come into store and spend them" - when I went into store the points had somehow halved to R 72.00 - WHY?
5) Something strange is now happening with my BB Bold 9900 - emails that come into my BB with attachments give me this error "The attachment type cannot be viewed on your device." - WHY? There's nothing wrong with the attachments.
