Rude Managers at Game Stores

Hi,

I was actually going to wait and let the so called manager call me but you know what i just couldn't. the more i thought of it the more i got angry some idiotic manager called Clive at Game Sandton was Verbally rude to my mum they did a mistake with their prices in their catalogue and honestly that is not the customers fault that certain people couldnt check what was printed properly. Instead of coming out and explaining what went wrong and apologize he said he doesnt have time for "" now i want to know which charm school do you send your managers? i deal with customers on daily basis and never ever will i ever talk to a customer that way. what is it because you thought you are dealing with BLACK PEOPLE lets talk to them? why because they dont know how to blow the whistle? after all its just maize meal right? well F#$%$ you for thinking that you can talk to my mum like that and get away with it you have no idea what word of mouth can do to a brand and if you went to school you would know the damage. check this website about consumer act then come and have the nerve to call to our parents faces mxm [URL Removed]
