What an awesome service!

I wanted to bake a Lindt chocolate cake for my boyfriend's birthday and couldn't really think of a place I could go that would stock all of the utensils I was looking for (I just moved in with him and baking utensils were scarce to say the least). I took a look on Yuppiechef and found everything I was looking for. I placed the order online (on their very easy to use and efficient website) on the Monday, hoping I would be able to have the items by the Friday. (I am in Johannesburg and they are in Cape Town)

The minute the order was confirmed I received an email to thank me for my order. I then received a link so I can track my order through the Berco Express website (i could also access this at anytime from the 'My Accounts' section on the Yuppiechef site). The order arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Not only did it arrive way before the 'within 10 working days', it was packed perfectly, so not a single item could get damaged and I received a hand written note in the package to thank me for my order! (written on a funky post card with a little button for good merit!)

It was such a great experience that I doubt I will ever find myself shopping for kitchen items anywhere else!
