Unbelievable Woolworths cafe

Got to woolworths cafe, 5 tables, one staff member and no one else. Waiter makes coffee takes orders and makes food. When eventually after calls and all managers coming the lost cafe manager came out of no where. Not being but staff needs to show motivation and attendance at all times. We spent so much money at this store but always have to deal with bad service. Who is in control of this...
