I went to woolworth on the 25-02-2013 and I was advise by Thabisile Nkosi that my account was over paid, so i will need to get R30 from it and she will do so by giving me a gift card.

Well i trusted that she knew what she was doing only till today i was told by the call centre that my account is short by R29.00 and i will have to pay if i want to close this account.

I went to woolworth cresta today to sort out this mess they did, only when i get there i got this man who seemed not to intrested to help me as a customer.

I explained to Gladstone that i was never given a gift card yesterday by Thabisile so he started acting up telling me how they need to pull a camera on my time for them to fix this mess.

I asked him if i could not be helped without getting a footage from their security control room so they can see if really she gave the card.gladstone so stubborn and with his selective hearing said no they cannot.

He never cared even when i said im late 6 yrs as loyal customer with such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CANT DEAL WITH SUCH BAD ATTITUDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVED FROM GLADSTONE SIBANYON CLEARLY HE DOESNOT LOVE HIS JOB
