Smelly Spar with biltong that taste like fish

I bought biltong at Spar in Danville, it tastes like fish . even the shop smells like rotten meat. the takeaway area is just disgusting. the hot-dogs sometimes have viennas in that is turning a greenish colour. One day I bought a packet of chips that was full of rat urine. this is just unacceptable.
