Nokia 203

On Sunday i went to south gate mall Jet Mart to buy a phone. I told a sales man that i want a phone that does support whats app, so i end up picking nokia 203 i confirm with a guy who was selling a phone to me he said yes this phone does support whats app i paid and leave. 15 min later i downloaded whats app then i got a error message saying file not supported i went back to the shop. I was told to go home charge phone for 7 hrs then i will be able to use whats app since all asha's do support whats app. On Monday i tried to use whats app so i still got same error message file not supported. O then went to Jet mart Midrand wanting t exchange handset since i an working and staying in midrand i was told that they wont be able to exchange a phone for me i must go back where i bough a phone which is Southgate. I called south gate Manager and explain to him what happened he still insisted that i must come to south gate. I mean i don't have time to do that its same shop why cant they exchange this phone for me. I feel very used by this shop and the service that i am getting is stinking. I haven't got feedback from South gate manager since he promised to call me today in the morning.
