Visited the Vodacom Repairs as the Nokia store in Canal Walk no longer exists, My network provider is Vodacom. So I went to to them for assistance

My Nokia E6 was booked with the only problem being my whats-app app not working properly images and
media couldnt be sent. Was booked in at 15;57pm and received phone back at 20.00pm. Paid a fee of R251 for the repair I accepted the fee. Received phone and whats app still not functioning. Assistant Jody said it was near to closing time that I should take a seat while he attends to other customers who are waiting as well. I said I want to first see if whats app was working before I left. To my dismay it still never worked. My brother who is in IT said just delete some of your chats and it will work again. To my surprise it actually works. The repair centre said it was a software upgrade error

Why was I charged the fee to repair the item when it was a real simple solution to it. Why don't you see the same consultant that assisted you in the first place. Are the technicians really that qualified. I have been suckered into have paying that fee where if a skilled person could have it sorted out efficiently
