BAD SERVICE

I always shop at game and on 2 occassions i have to wait 20 min for the staff to go to the back and fetch cigarettes that i require waiting 20min. I then get told they cannot keep it at the cigarette counter should there be a break in they will all the sigarettes. BULL DONG!!! And then the staff take there time and only 4 tills open and customers waiting it is absolutely disgusting how customers get treated at these stores. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR BRANCHES AND GET YOUR STAFF JACKED UP.
