Take now n pay in February13

I have a home choice account, I November last year I got letter fromthem with cataloges showing that you can take something now from then n pay end of February. I called then n took up a headbourd with them then the person I spoke to even confirmed that I will make my first payment at the ens of Feb 2013. I have bee getting etters and calls saying that my account is in arreas, I am supriced couse that is not what we agreed apon. Now they tell me I need to pay R600 whiles my instalment is supposed to be R331 starting end of Feb13.Homechoice is playing with people n this is not on. I will pay my first instailment of R331.By Thursday and I want those so called arrers removed from my account. Homechoice is ripping people off with their and empty promises.
