Shocking service from Elisha -Boardmans Clearwate

I am very saddened to write this complaint, as I received fantastic service from a gentleman on your floor however I was furious when I went to pay at the till for goods over R3000.00 when I got to the counter, I advised Elisha that I will be paying on two cards (2 edgars accounts), then when it came time to pay, I presented my Edgars card, as well as my mothers. Elisha said that she is unable to charge 2 edgars account, this I do not have a problem with, as maybe we didnt understand eachother, what I DO have a problem with was her attitude, as well as the 'supervisor' in charge that day, Elisha began to raise her voice to me and my mother and whn i requested that I wanted to speak to the manager, her exact words were 'here she is, speak to her' little did I know that her supervisor was right behind her, listening to how she treated her clients, and chose not to say anything nor intervene! Her attitude was absolutely shocking, this was a very good experinec which turned very sour as a result of some cahier and her terrible attitude. I expect disciplinary to be carried out because this is NOT a way that customer should be treated, I am furious! Shocking shocking shocking!
