Rochesters- Poor service

My girlfriend requested delivery of a couch purchased from Rochesters.
They Charge R 450 Delivery, with a charge like that one would expect there to be a degree of skill displayed by the team they send.
Three workers show up and unpack the boxes for the couch, after all the items are out of the boxes it quickly becomes clear that they have NO IDEA how to put it together. The couch needs a driver to be put together, they don't come with one, luckily we had one by chance.
After repeated attempts, and over an hour later, they finally think they have it sorted and they get ready to leave. One of the guys asks to use the bathroom, we oblige and later find the floor and toilet seat covered in... you know.
After a day the couch feels like its leaning to one side, it hasn't been put together properly. I personally have to assemble the couch the right way! While doing this I find rips all over the bottom of the couch where the assemblers were working.

Rochesters, if you are going to charge a delivery and assembly fee, please can you make sure that the people you send HAVE TRAINING, know what they are doing, have the right equipment when they get there and can clean up after themselves
