Hi, On Saterday afternoon I went to return a Black Printed Chiffon top, I Bought it recently, Altho i had my Slip in the packet with the clothing i threw away the tag, so when i went to have it exchanged-the lady that assisted me talked over me-and really gave me a hard time, becuase i had no tag but i have my slip-she even went as far as talking with her hand in my face, she then called someone else and they were talking in a langauge she knew i wouldnt understand, how RUDE!
when I talked to her she didnt even answer me!!!
im sorry but i truly feel that if i was a different colour I doubt she would have acted that way its unecceptable.

If that is her behaviour towards Customers then she is in the wrong job, im disgusted by her behavior.

I will avoid going into that specific store-and go to where they are much friendlier.
