I bought a shirt on friday the 27th for my brothers wedding on saterday and i didnt realised my mother has bought me other stuff to wear. i didnt use the woolies shirt so on monday i took thje shirt back to woolies for my refund and a lady by the name of pretty dlamini (supervisor) and marlene (cashier) refused to gime me my refund cos i didnt have the receiepts. the shirt was still in good condition and had tags and everything. i dont know why they refused. i'm very upset cos i buy from woolies almost everyday.
