Clicks refuses to get the baby formula I need

My baby must drink novalac AC. I went to clicks the Grove the first time and they had it in stock. Went to clicks watermeyer, silverton, and equestria after that because it is convenient to me as to where I stay. They've got other novalac formulas like the IT, AR exc, but not ac. At all these stores I've asked if they can please order me the AC one, but they just refuse! They won't do the little bit just to go and ask if they can get it in. Its just NO, sorry. We can't. How can they sell all the other types of milk but can't order me the AC? I'm bying 2 every 10 days, so they can actually make an extra R900 a month just on getting the formula, but no. Its to much work to do something for a client. Just want to know how they can do this? Then to come back to the grove, I got the milk there again after that, but the last 2 weeks they did not have in stock, they tell. Me that they're ordering every wednesday and I think friday, I must come back. Like I said, that was two weeks ago and they never got in again... now everytime I have to go to baby city to buy the milk and there's not one close to my home. Please, can silverton clicks please get this specific type of formula??? Poor servi
