EVERY SHOPPERS NIGHTMARE

I was in sandton on the 21/02/2013 and popped by edgars as i wanted to get a few things from the store... i was then approached by a very sweet, amazing soul called MIMI, Mimi interested me in opening an account with the store which then became interested in after she approached me with it. we filled the form & MIMI phoned head office for me to speak to the agent regarding fulfilling my application, WORST CALL OF MY LIFE!!! from the moment the agent heard me speak on the phone as i have a feminine voice. she was very rude. from bullying me & asking me over & over to confirm my id & application details then having the audacity to tell me that i wasn't the correct id holder. even after she was explained to that i am a gay male & it only because the my voice sounds feminine, she kept on ridiculing me & making me feel uncomfortable & disrespected... i didn't even understand as to how this agent could be so rude when i wanted to bring them business but she was so rude to me & even when i tried to explain to her that i was feeling a bit harassed it was as though she didn't give a care in the world which got me thinking that she may not like what she does.
